Updates include: Android10/11 transition flag removal; support for text-to-speech on a page basis or highlighted/selected text basis. Adding in v65 of MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE permission and in v66 "Manage all files" permission (on request or manually via Settings) to enable files in folders including Downloads to be accessed with Android 10/11 versions now that the transition flag has been removed.
