Spandana App provides an option through which citizens can put their grievance by capturing image and location information on the spot. It has a facility to upload a live image by capturing from a Smartphone camera or by uploading from the image gallery. Once after submitting grievance citizen can track status through this application and even they can call concerned staff in case of any delay. Citizen will get a notification every time after changing the status of the complaint. Once after the grievance is solved, the citizen can write comments and rate it.
