The app gives you unprecedented access to proven training methods , nutritional regimes and supplement protocols researched and deigned over the years as an Advanced Personal Trainer and Health Consultant.

Regularly updated Workouts , from resistance training to cardio/HIIT and active rest sessions.Access to this app is based on attending a free face to face consultation which includes a Biosignature Modulation ( Poliquin Group ), detailed assessment and appraisal forms where we learn not just the hard facts of your previous exercise experience , hormonal profile and medical history , but also seek to understand the real you and what motivates you as a person in pursuit of your own unique physical goals

Every workout is constructed right down to the weight , repetitions and rest intervals.This way we can accurately predict your progress and eliminate the need for any guesswork on your part

Initial Process

At Fugl BioSig Lab we ask every new client to keep a food diary of exactly what is consumed during the preceding week (either by log book or by integration on MyFitness Pal ), this way we can accurately conduct a full scale audit of dietary habits and make positive changes that are particular to how you eat .

We are also very careful to integrate your nutritional plan within your busy and existing lifestyle

As a Advanced Personal Trainer and Heath Consultant goal has always been to help my clients realise the eminently achievable goal of significantly lowered body fat , pleasing muscle shape ( definition ) but mostly importantly how Exercise improves your mentality in such a positive and healthy way.
