IVECO TECH PAL is an Augmented Reality mobile app created by IVECO GROUP.

Through this application, you will be put in contact with an IVECO GROUP expert who will support you remotely while you operate on your IVECO vehicle.

We kindly ask you to be in front of your vehicle once the call is placed.

IVECO TECH PAL application is usable on:

Android mobile phones and tablets with an Android version > 6.0

iOS mobile phones and tablets with an iOS version > 12

Windows mobile phones and tablets with a Windows version > Windows 10

Augmented Reality headsets such as Hololens 2, Realwear HTM-1 / Navigator 500, Librestream Cube

- Show via video the technical issue encountered on your IVECO vehicle.

- Take high-definition pictures of the issue, even with a very low internet bandwidth available.

- Be understood in the language of your choice through a live-translation feature available in 29 languages.

- Be guided precisely with Augmented Reality indications through your operation.

- Invite up to 20 participants of your choice to join your call.
