After you hit start. Its study time will block all incoming notification. You can still use your phone the normal way but if you put your phone in your pocket or just put it away it won't ring and the screen will not light up. Now u can fully concentrate on your work.

With the time picker, it is easy to pick a time in the future. Imagine it's 14:00 and you want to go study for 2 hours then you just set the time picker on 16:00 and of you go!

Pomodoro

The technique uses a timer to break down work into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks. These intervals are named Pomodoros, the plural in English of the Italian word Pomodoro (tomato).
