Cloudpaging demo app - slideshow with 25MB OBB file.

Cloudpaging demo: two version codes:

lower = conventional apk

upper = cloudpaging stub, requires cloudpaging feature on installing device.

There's a minimal prefetch - just the executable code for managing/displaying the image files in the obb.

After that, additional app pages or obb pages are served from the paging server on-demand. Only the stub

is on Google Play.

This is a 'best case' for cloudpaging - the app is cloudpaging-cognizant and downloads the slide it will need next, while the current one is displaying.
