Added the length and width values for steps and cross pool measurements to the Measurements screen below the point inputs. This should be a more convenient location.

Allow the text to go smaller on the plots for smaller devices. Looks a lot cleaner but the font is much smaller.

Fix to copy feature operation where the number of copied points could be incorrect.

Fix to HTML report file for accented French characters, etc.

Minor fixes and improvements.
