Updates ...
- "Delete Wish List", deleted wish lists are lost and gone forever.
- "Move to Old Wish Lists", an "old wish list" can still be viewed by those you have shared it with, but it won't show up in the main wish list section of the app. "Old Wish Lists" can be found in the App Settings and they can be restored to the main wish lists list.
- Renamed "Edit Wish List" to "Wish List Settings"
- Rearranged the Settings tab
