Whistle Sim

-Added bell for steam whistle and rebuilt script for bell to sound more realistic.
-Fixed bugs for both whistles.
-Added diesel engine background volume control.
-Added pitch and volume control for bells. :)
-Made it so that you can hear the whistles and bells when you adjust pitch.
-updated splash screen and app icon with transparency.
-improved back end to facilitate adding new content soon.
-Updated info blurbs for each whistle.
