* Test Results will now indicate the source of entry, whether it came from a meter or was manually entered.

* Added the Operator Role. Operator is a new User Role that can be assigned specific Sites for testing. When an Operator logs in, only the Sites assigned to that user are accessible for testing.

* Added a "Master List" of Properties/Contacts/Sites which will display all records without searching. This is the default view upon logging in.
