The Wales Coast Path is just one of a few footpaths in the world to follow a nation’s entire coastline.

In this extraordinary app resource the 870 miles / 1400 km of fantastic views, glorious wildlife diversity, fascinating history and wondrous legends are brought to life using augmented reality, games and other fun features. You’ll also be able to find out more about other local attractions and the many wrecks that lie off the coast.

It’s designed to help you make the most of your visit to the Wales Coast Path and includes the following locations; The Great Orme, Menai Strait, Borth y Gest, New Quay, Saundersfoot, Pendine Sands and Cardiff Bay. You’ll discover a wealth of information about this fascinating coastline and can even share your experiences with your friends using our photo filter feature or by capturing images of you, your friends and family, interacting with our fun augmented reality scenes.

Download before you arrive or whilst you’re on site to unlock content for your chosen location. Whilst there, look out for the panels that appear along the coastline – you can use them to trigger bespoke augmented reality animations!
