Added a brand new grid view.
New users will be greeted with a disclaimer explaining how this is not a game in all major languages like Spanish, Portuguese and Russian.
You can now view your own rank (might require re-login).
Disabled limiters by default as it should be safe without.
Added minor optimizations and bug fixes.
