This app will allow you to communicate with anyone, anywhere in the world. There are other translator programs available that allow you to use the camera on your phone to translate text. The problem with those is that is require a data connection which can get rather expensive if you are roaming in foreign country. Also there is no guarantee that you will have a fast stable connection. The visual translator works completely offline so there is no additional costs to use it.

Phrase books are really great but sometimes you forget to bring them with you. That normally happens when you need them most. The one thing that is never very far away is your mobile phone. Its easy to take it out and point to pictures on the screen.

The free version has advertising and a limited set of pictures.
