Valido is a software suite designed for both independent assessors who provide Health & Safety assessment as a bought-in service and also for larger organisations where Health & Safety expertise is available in-house. This app is one of a suite of five for performing different types of assessment.

If you work under UK Law, see the Health & Safety Executive (HSE) website for more information and guidance. If you are elsewhere, you need to investigate the appropriate authorities and local laws for this kind of information. The impact of laws vary depending on the country the business trades in and upon what exactly is being assessed.

Carrying out a Health & Safety assessment using our software is so easy. VALIDO software is leading the way by using uploaded custom built templates from a Management System onto a mobile device.

Templates can be created to suit your needs therefore allowing you to carry out assessments efficiently using touchscreen technology. A fully-formatted report of the assessment is generated and can thereafter be edited and modified by the assessor, prior to distribution by your preferred method – hard copy, by email attachment or via your own website.

Valido also provides you with CRM functionality for your clients and maintains a full assessment history for each client.

Because the VALIDO software management system is run from your own computer system and is not hosted, you have full administration control. Therefore there are no hidden costs and support is available to help you to navigate through the system.
