At a U.S. National Regional, you will compete against the best athletes in your region, train with current NCAA coaches and earn your shot at playing as a part of the U.S. National Team. Over the course of these two days athletes will receive individual work, semi-group periods, 1 on 1’s, 7 on 7 periods and a full 11 on 11 team period.
