Turn + Let us disclose and share our "bad" experiences on administrative departments and turn this "Habit/Malfunction" to a right way.

• Report a malfunction by writing your experience, tag the concerned department, pick the date and attach or take a picture. Then, share it with fellow citizens.

• Interacts with others and let's grow the community in order to press concerned parties to facilitate administrative procedure and fix malfunctions.

• Follow your favorite or more active fellow citizens to be notified when they report a new malfunction.

• Take control of your profile and update your picture and information.

• Department/Place Profile: Each department will have his own profile where you can find all "malfunctions" experienced there by citizens.

• Follow a Department/Place to be notified when a new malfunction was reported on this department.

• Integrate Foursquare API in order to improve the "tag department" feature and to offer you a list of all departments/places that you can easily pick/tag.

• Interact with posts (shared experiences) by liking it, comment it or share it on a social media.
