- TuneScreen notation improvments (full screen is now possible)
- bug : screen state lost on orientation change
- new setting to open open tune on the notation instead of the abc text
- new setting to mute player sound on startup (menu buttons on the main screen and tune button allow to mute or renable volume again)
- better file encoding detection for western languages , and settings for default encoding
