Various bugfixes:
- Fixed a bug where enemies would be touched over the ingame menu, making the menu feel unresponsive
- Fixed a bug in the ingame menu where you could click two buttons at the same time
- Fixed a bug where line attacks of enemies would deal too much damage in endless
- Fixed a bug where zombie abomination and the Returned could still take turns while excausted

"End Turn" cannot be selected while in a follow-up menu anymore
Added sound to touch input
