Short stories above all else! Now it is the avatars of the writers who tell us them.

Spend a few minutes with the short stories selected by Telekom, with their authors, or rather with their avatars! With the help of this app, they are happy to recite their writings either at a bus stop, balancing on a cube, or at home in the middle of the living room. No, what is this all about?

This year, Telekom started an interesting experiment with JCDecaux in the jointly announced Stop for a short story! in connection with the tender. We invited the six Telekom special award short story writers to try to create a joint story based on their writings, which we will put on stage, under the mentorship of Endre Kukorelly. Six writers, six different styles, six different stories that don't fit together, and only six days to create. It was a business full of challenges but experiences. Many talented writers were able to show the power and joy of working together and finally the seventh work was born, which we handed over to Alexa Bakonyi, the founder of PopUp Produkció. After many working hours spent together with the writer Lóránt Varga, the play was put on stage. The Alarm Clock can already be viewed and tickets can be purchased, just over three months after we got to know the selected short stories. In the meantime, the Telekom team worked to make the play even more complete with the help of digitization. Knowing the six short stories, for example, greatly helps you understand the presentation, so with the help of augmented reality, avatars modeled after the writers will tell you their short stories virtually.
