Taekwondo is a style of martial arts that requires you to be extremely quick, fast, strong, flexible and agile enough to pull off athletic punches & kicks. This program will help you develop the athleticism needed to physically dominate opponents! Your flexibility, strength, and overall athleticism will be optimal for Taekwondo, allowing you to take your performance to a whole new height!

This program is a vital component to your success if you ever want to master this style of martial arts.

Training Styles Include

Hypertrophy and Base Strength - The beginner levels provide the foundation for further more demanding training later on in the program. Hypertrophy refers to an increase in muscle size.

Maximal Strength - This is the highest level of force an athlete can possibly generate.

Explosive Power - Gives the athlete potential for additional power development. A competitor can be exceptionally strong but lack substantial power due to an inability to contract the muscle quickly. Power training is used in this app to improve the rate of force production. The workouts use a range of methods such as plyometrics and power lifts (snatch/clean and jerk), that can be used to convert maximal strength into explosive power.

Flexibility & Mobility - Stretching is used to increase range of motion in the hips, legs, shoulders, etc.
