Starfield live wallpaper shows gently twinkling stars with an atmospheric glow

Live wallpaper displaying stars that twinkle slowly. Scrolling left / right introduces a parallax effect to simulate distance. A pleasant atmospheric blue glow is at the bottom of the screen.
