Recently, as some users feedback that their cameras are accessed by stranger. In order to protect user’s privacy and provide more superior service, Sricam will upgrade the server and APP. During the server debugging, maby off-line, timeout, connection failure.
Please don’t worry:
1 Please update the Sricam APP.
2 Reset the camera to factory settings and setup camera again.
