[Optimizations]
1.Discounted packages now are available in Shop.
2.New packages are available: Rank-A-Player Bundle and Special Scouting Package.
3.Now you have to lead 2 goals in order to skip a match.
4.Now Arena will be collectively unlocked when your club reaches Lv.8 and Lv.15.
[Bug Fixes]
1.Fixed Crash issues in Tutorial and Daily Sign-in window.
2.Now Drill Cards will be consumed first.
3.Fixed an issue where some stages were shown with wrong rating.
