- Improved display on high resolution devices.

- Added the option to LOCK/UNLOCK a profile.
When a profile is LOCKED, it will ALWAYS be selected whenever the service is running, regardless of its triggering rules and priority.

- To LOCK/UNLOCK a profile, long press the profile in the Defined profiles list and select Lock, or press the Lock/Unlock current profile button when there is an active profile. You can only LOCK one profile.
