2015-09-10 v.1.0.5 - Changed design, fixed couple of problems when the trial license expires.

2015-09-02 v.1.0.4 - Fixed couple of problems on Lollipop.

2015-08-24 v.1.0.3 - Removed advertising, integrated new licensing scheme (current users get a free license).
