-fixed bug with choosing defender in stack of units

-fixed issue with android bottom bar on using low res gfx

- Fog of war bug fixed, if you click on the detail of a hidden unit you can no longer see what it is.
- Some history playback mistakes fixed like not showing upgrades in enemies turn
- Replay different combat results bug fixed
