This is a physical therapy exercise program to rehab a plantar fasciitis injury on the foot.

Plantar fasciitis, also known as plantar fasciopathy or jogger's heel, is a common painful injury that affects the heel and underside of your foot. Medically speaking - It is a disorder of the insertion site of ligament on the bone and is characterized by scarring, inflammation, or structural breakdown of the foot's plantar fascia. It is often caused by overusing an injured plantar fascia, increases with exercise, weight, or age.

This injury is common for athletes that participate in basketball, football, soccer, running, and any sport where you run. This program will help you get back to playing your sport and can alleviate your pain.
