It enables SMEs to track customer loyalty and to engage with their customers in a quick and affordable way so as to get feedback that they can use to create better experiences.

There is also a web dashboard where businesses can analyze all engagements and generate business reports.It track customers loyalty using readily available NFC chips embedded on smart cards from local banks and supermarkets, we also sell some and we let customers use their phone numbers in case they have no cards.
