An engineer by profession, Mr. Kaleemul Hafeez has witnessed his community's disintegration, illiteracy, controversies, riots, helplessness and deprivation with his adult eyes. He decided to put everything at stake to change the community's situation. Following the footsteps of Baba-e-Qaum Sir Syed Ahmad Khan and his association with Baba-e-Taleem Dr Mumtaz Ahmad Khan motivated Mr. Kaleemul Hafeez to serve the community through education. He believes that education can bring about a revolutionary change in the community's situation.

His ambition was realized when he founded Al-Hafeez Educational Academy in Sahaswan, a CBSE Affiliated full fledged residential School serving the most backward region of the country & purchased a land for a University to serve the community.

Shaheen Academy has collaborated with a well known educationist Dr. Abdul Qadeer to inspire & educate the community student's who aspire to be good Doctor’s & Engineers from the institutions of National repute. Now the mission is clear: “to get the students selected in Govt. Medical / Engineering Colleges”.
