- We've added a bunch of dashboard settings in the SC Mobile app. All these settings can be found, enabled, and managed on the Request Confirm and Request tabs under the dashboard settings in Service Automation.
FIXED
- Due to an internal issue, a work order created in the app was assigned to the wrong provider. Overrides configured in your dashboard issue list were not triggered based on the response to the troubleshooting questions.
