Scomax Corporation Sdn. Bhd was established on 2006, the company has acquisition of Scotch and Marco Polo trademarks. The both trademarks were established since 1985. The company also distributes their house brands which are Coss Malaysia, Flying Hawks and GMT to the market to expand the variety of footwear products.

The company is operating online shoes business for all consumers with cheaper price and remained quality of products.

Scomax Corporation Sdn Bhd is also the sole distributor of ANTA. Anta is the leading sports brand in China. Its products have been distributed to many countries including Italy, Kuwait, Paraguay, Singapore, Vietnam, Philippines. Anta Sports Production was listed in Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 10 July 2007.
