Royal Family Academy seeks to create an environment of care between staff and students and among students. Mutual respect and good manners are the basis of our caring ethos. The school has a positive and inclusive approach to managing behavior through a range of positive behavior management strategies. As an educational institution, we believe that a disciplined environment is necessary for effective teaching and learning to enable each student reach his/her potential.

Behavior management is a central issue in which everyone has a role to play that is, pupils, staff and parents. The bible in 1 Cor. 14:40 encourage us to do everything decently and in order. To this end, students are provided with a framework of conduct which will prepare them for their adult life and to be successful in the work environment.
