I was finally able to develop and test a much requested feature: the app can now force rotation in all apps (including YouTube, other video players, etc)! Note: Make sure to enable this feature manually in the settings, if you want to use it.

Other changes under the hood:
- the app is now targeting API 28
- some small tweaks to the persistent notification on devices running Android Oreo and above
