Google play store/ Pay Pal app required an update.

let me guess, you need an iphone device to use it now. at first it was compatible with tablet device, now it isn't......whatever, I'll use the web browser to access and use PayPal then.

basically in English it's telling me my device isn't compatible with the application and it's new version and you need an iphone device that is compatible with the app.
