Welcome to a better way to manage stress.
Resility helps you become more aware of how stress feels in your body, and gives you a much needed break from the stress cycle in order to rest and recover. Giving your body these breaks can improve mood, sleep, focus, productivity, and creativity.
Our easy, 5-10 minute training sessions include a variety of relaxation and breathing exercises, mindfulness, and positive psychology. Try different things to see what works best for you. When you pair our app with our wearable bluetooth Muscle Activity Sensor (sold separately at ResilityHealth.com/sensor), you will get real-time biofeedback to actually see how your body is responding. This teaches you to recognize the early signs of stress, and head it off before it escalates.

The Resility app has three modes:
RELAXATION TRAINING
Short guided audio exercises walk you through a variety of relaxation techniques. These can be used alone, or with our wearable Muscle Activity Sensor (sold separately). Pairing with the Sensor lets you see how your muscle tension changes in response to an exercise.
Relaxation training incorporates:
-breathing exercises
-muscle relaxation
-mindfulness
-visualization
-positive psychology
-biofeedback (with Muscle Activity Sensor)
MONITOR MUSCLE ACTIVITY
Get feedback on how your muscle activity changes in real time. This mode can only be used with our Muscle Activity Sensor, which uses electromyography, or EMG biofeedback, to measure the activity in a muscle. In Monitor mode you can set a threshold to get alerted when your muscle tension exceeds it. The alert can be an audible alarm or set to vibrate. Sessions can be recorded.
Muscle tension in the shoulders is so common when you’re stressed, and it’s a popular place to use our Sensor. The alert cues you when your tension exceeds the threshold, and the biofeedback teaches to release that tension at will. You can do this when working at the computer or during tasks where your muscles inadvertently tense up.
VIEW PROGRESS
View the history of training and recorded monitoring sessions. See the date, length, and amount of muscle activity reduction together with a graph of how your muscle activity changed. You must purchase the Muscle Activity Sensor to view muscle activity data.
