Most of the brands order stocks in limited quantity and they forward the images to

thousands of resellers then it’s more of a race amongst resellers for pricing and availability once a design gets traction it gets sold out within a few hours.

We have been in the industry for almost 3 years now we have identified dealers which source their stocks from the same manufacturers so incase a product is not available with any one vendor we try it with other vendors who share the same taste and as per our statistics we have successfully found the products majority of the times.

To tackle the same issue we have tied up with some super stockiest from major fashion jewellery hubs whose products you can share without any worries and we will make sure you get your product once you have an order.

Transparency regarding orders status

We as resellers know how important it is to be aware about our orders status as we need to interact with the end client to sort this issue we have set up our self-managed dispatch centers in major cities where our staff collects your orders, does a quality check and updates the dispatch details once the parcel is sent thus keeping you aware about the status of the app throughout the life cycle of an order.

Options not readily provided in case of unavailability

Cases where the reseller has an order but the dealer doesn’t have the product available we at the back end keep track of all similar designs uploaded by all our vendors and we readily provide the latest similar designs uploaded by all vendors so that the reseller doesn’t lose on the potential sale.

Multiple shipment charges for orders from different vendors

Having our own dispatch centers across major cities we don’t charge double shipping to our clients if they order multiple products from different vendors of the same region we send these parcels in a single shipment.
