Enhancements
-App is no longer locked when syncing
-Dynamics 365 data provider supported
-Settings now provide details about the logged in user
-A user can now force synchronization by tapping on the refresh icon at the top right of the dashboard selector screen

Bug fixes
-Yesterday date filter is not functioning
-A null value in a tabular data column is interpreted as 0
-Sharing permission defaults to "Can Edit", the default is now "Can View"
-Quick filters were not applying to the data
