Re-create disappearing Spotify playback notifications

Spotify Connect has a problem where the playback notification gets removed even while music is playing.

Spotify Support say this is done on purpose but I struggle to understand why this is a good idea. This app creates a playback notification when it detects the Spotify playback notification was removed involuntarily or accidentally.

The Spotify app needs to be installed an running on your device as this app works by communicating with the Spotify app.

Note: it is not possible to re-use the exact notification that Spotify creates. Instead a different version is created that still has playback controls. It is also not possible to offer volume controls.

When will this app's notification appear?

- When Spotify is playing, but there is no Spotify playback notification

- When you dismiss the clearable Spotify Connect playback notification while Spotify is playing

- When Spotify is paused and the official notification is removed - unless you specifically cleared it

When will this app's notification NOT appear?

- Whenever an official Spotify playback notification is showing

- When you have specifically removed the notification - but only when it is paused

- When Spotify disconnects itself from the app after a certain amount of time

Currently only Android 8.0 Oreo and upwards is supported.
