QEVLAR is a quiz tool for learning medical imaging.

QEVLAR (pronounced kevlar) is a quiz tool for learning medical imaging. It is designed for radiology residents, physicians and medical students. There are questions from all radiology areas organized in three major categories:

- Anatomical / Organ Systems

- Image Modalities & Fundamental Knowledge

- ACGME Milestones

The QEVLAR system allows you to create your own quiz sessions to target study areas at the difficulty level you need.

A quiz session is composed of clinical cases in one or more categories. Each clinical case includes a sequence of questions that become progressively more involved and when the case is finished you can optionally see the related case notes as described by an expert radiologist.

Once you have created your quiz session, you can complete it wherever and whenever you want. QEVLAR allows synchronization between your mobile device and your web based IMAIOS account. This means you can start a quiz session at your workspace, synchronize the session with your mobile phone and continue on the bus home and then merge all your results together!

When you have finished a quiz session, you can view your answers against the correct answer.

Some of the key features include:

- Functions offline (except for synchronization which requires an internet connection)

- Single Answer & Multi choice style questions

- Further references available in the case notes

- Multiple image series/stacks for each clinical case

- Double tap to see images in fullscreen
