We’ve been busy with some exciting updates:

• 50+ Audio workouts - including outdoor running/walking, cardio, strength and mindfulness 
• 40+ Equipment workouts – use equipment such as spin bikes, dumbbells, resistance bands, treadmills, and kettlebells to add resistance and variety 
• Live gym opening times - making it clearer when we’re open and if our opening times change 
• Improved messaging if we need to update you to any important changes regarding our gyms
