PriorityClient is a client service messaging app for business professionals (Pros) and their clients. If you're a Pro, the only people that can message you through the app are clients you have approved. This way, when you get a notification of a new message, you can quickly respond, unlike email where you need to scroll through numerous non client-service messages.

If you're a client of a Pro, you can invite unlimited Pros to join PriorityClient. Only Pros you've approved can message you through the app. You'll keep Pros accountable and ensure they treat you like a priority client.

Both Pros and clients appreciate the simplicity and being able to securely store these conversations in one central location.

Each time a matter is resolved, clients complete a simple 1 thru 5 rating of their satisfaction with the Pro client service. These ratings are not shared publicly but Pros who earn high ratings are shown as All Stars and receive a third party certification proving they provide amazing client service which of course can lead to new business. The ratings not only help the Pros gain client feedback and earn new business, but they help clients as it's a great way to keep a Pro accountable.
