Fixed various bugs and improved compatibility with latest Android version.

Fixed some of the spots in the premium range. Fixed the social button.

Fixed the youtube tv player.

Fixed an annoying little bug related to range export and importing ... This makes the export and import process more robust.

Also included some minor performance improvements and upgrades to work better with latest Android version.
