- Added ability to attach multiple parties to a report (up to 5).

- Cancelling keyboard/pressing on a field doesn't clear the data.

- Fixed a glitch where officer badge number would show up as report date in the exported text file.

- 20% performance boost.

- Moved the incident type field and event field to the incident section.

- Added vehicle type above the VIN field (Sedan, Tractor, Boat, Plane, etc).

- Minor changes and improvements.
