Poker and Sorcery

New features:
- Compare weapons directly on reward screen
- View statistics, including best score for each class and difficulty
- Long press skill button to view details

Fixes:
- Luck skill can now be triggered multiple times to draw more jokers
- The same weapon should now not be offered twice on the reward screen
- Poker hand damage info shows if enemy is immune to effects
- Increased text size slightly

Other:
- Added an enemy encounter screen showing enemy skills and immunities
