Wow, we got a whole bunch of updates!

- New mana system: we've replaced the old cooldown system with a new mana system!
- New weapons balance: weapons have been completely rebalanced, and generate mana passively!
- Ally & enemy spells: allies and enemies can now cast the same spells you can!
