Once upon a time, there was an old couple living in a wood house with a beautiful small garden. They had a granddaughter and they also raised a dog, a cat and a house-mouse.

In the autumn, the grandfather brought home a radis plant and cultivated it in their garden. He took care of the plant with all his heart. Every morning, he gave it a dipper of water, and every afternoon, he helped it pick-up insects and pluck up weeds.

The radis plant did not disappoint the grandfather, it grew up very fast and became a huge radis plant.

One morning, the grandfather went out planning to pluck the radis up and brought it home for his wife and granddaughter. He tried to pull and pull, but the plant did not move even a bit. He called his wife:

The dog got closer and held her plait,it pulled the whole family. They kept plucking and plucking but the radis stood still. The dog called the cat:

The kitten rushed out to the garden and held the dog's tail, the dog held the daughter's plait, the daughter held her grandmother, her grandmother grabbed her husband and pulled, but still, they could not pluck it up. Finally the kitten cried for the mouse:

The mouse ran to them, and held the kitten's tail, and the whole line started pulling again, one, two, three! Finally, the stubborn radis was pulled up from the ground.

They were all very happy dancing around the radis:
