After many years of talking and eating pizzas, we finally decided to chase the dream! The past year has been an epic journey… which started with our oven “Big Red”. Once we laid eyes on “Big Red” we knew that we had to go for it.

So we secured the infamous vegetable shop “Nicky’s”, on the main street in Kilcoole, Co. Wicklow and went in search of a pizzaiolo.

Our pizza dough is prepared daily by hand and matures for a minimum of 48 hours. It’s never rushed. This follows the guidelines of Pizza Napoletana. All of us at Pizza Shack want you to enjoy a real taste of Italy in your home!
