Updates for the Mitered Pipe section of the app only:
Added ability to select the pipe outside diameter from the 'chart tab'.
Added Pipe Layout Spacing for ordinates.
Added a running length for wrapping a tape measure around the pipe and marking measurements for ordinate layout
Added a 90 to 90 offset with back to back 90's or custom overall length
Updated the 180 Degree return offset with more features and control of the fittings.
Added a custom offset calculation using mitered fittings.
