Added Pingdom Transaction Monitoring:

- All transaction checks are available in the checks list.
- Added error list with summary of transaction errors.
- In-depth look at where and why errors occur.
- Graphs for transaction execution time.

Bug fixes:

- Fixed a bug with upper and lower casing in log in details, causing occasional problems when assigning a device to user/contact.
- Fixed a problem where the outage view occasionally failed to load.
