Added a settings screen to the app

New setting for the app: Keep the screen on during recording

New setting to deactivate speech-to-text functionalities in the app

Added typist/team name to the sent tab of the app, so users can view the current assignee of the dictation

Bugfix: Sometimes the mini player pointer was jumping to the end when playing a dictation for the first time
